Famous British doc­tor and TV pre­sen­ter Michael Mosley said that he con­sid­ers squats and push-ups to be the best exer­cis­es for burn­ing fat. So, he urged every­one who wants to lose extra pounds to build the right nutri­tion plan, which will con­tain enough pro­tein to main­tain mus­cle mass.

Two best exercises

Exer­cis­es that, accord­ing to the doc­tor, are great for help­ing you lose weight, can be per­formed inde­pen­dent­ly and with­out equip­ment. Push ups, he empha­sized:

  • Reduce the risk of heart dis­ease;
